Terms and Conditions of ENT!TY Webshop, maintained by ENT!TY: 

1. Definitions

    • "Webshop": refers to our online store where clothing and accessories are sold. 
    • "Customer": refers to a person who purchases products through our webshop. 
    • "We/us": refers to ENT!TY. 

    2. Applicability

    • These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases and transactions made through our webshop. 

    3. Ordering Process

      • By placing an order, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions. 
      • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders without providing reasons.
      • You agree to provide us with complete, accurate, and current information when placing an order on our webshop. Failure to do so may result in the inability to guarantee the delivery of your order. 

      4. Products and Services

        • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our products, services, and/or content without prior notice to the customer. 
        • Products/services/content that are listed as limited on our webshop may be subject to returns or exchanges according to our privacy policy. 
        • We cannot guarantee that the screen on which you view the product, service, or content accurately displays the colors as they appear on the product. 
        • We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sale of our products/services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. This determination will be made based on the specific circumstances. 
        • We cannot guarantee that our products/services will meet your expectations. 
        • We may modify or discontinue the production of any of our products at any time. 
        • We may change the production process of our products at any time without prior notice to the customer. 
        • We reserve the right to determine the quantity of our products/services and may limit or expand it. 
        • The description of our products/services may be changed at any time without prior notice to the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to read the description of our products/services carefully on the day of ordering/contacting us. This description shall govern the relationship between the customer and ENT!TY. 

        5. Prices and Payment

          • All prices are listed in the currency indicated on our webshop, i.e., the euro(€). 
          • The prices of our products may change without prior notice to the customer.
          • The customer is responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or other applicable charges. 
          • Payments can be made through the accepted payment methods listed on our webshop. 

          6. Delivery and Shipping

            • We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. 
            • The estimated delivery time may vary based on the destination and other factors beyond our control. 
            • Any delays in delivery will be promptly communicated to the customer. 
            • In the event that we modify or cancel an order for any reason, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided during the order placement process. 

            7. Return Policy

              • Customers have the right to return or exchange products within a specified period (14 days), provided that the products are unworn, undamaged, and accompanied by all labels and packaging. 
              • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated or mutually agreed upon between the customer and ENT!TY's customer service. 
              • Upon receipt and approval of the returned products, we will provide a refund for the full amount (excluding shipping costs) unless other arrangements have been made between the customer and ENT!TY, in accordance with our return policy. 
              • If the package is returned by the customer and is damaged or lost in transit, ENT!TY is not obliged to provide a refund for the returned package. 

              8. Warranty

                • We guarantee that our products are free from material and manufacturing defects. 
                • If a product is found to be defective, the customer can contact us to file a warranty claim. 
                • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, or damage caused by the customer. 
                • In the event of a cyber attack, hacking, or similar events affecting the webshop, ENT!TY est assuré contre ce risque.

                9. Termination

                • These General Terms and Conditions apply unless and until terminated by you or by us. 
                • You can terminate your agreement regarding these General Terms and Conditions at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our products/services. 
                • If, in our sole discretion, you fail or we suspect that you have failed to comply with any term or provision of the General Terms and Conditions, we may also terminate the agreement at any time without notifying the customer. In such case, you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination, and/or you may be denied access to our Services (or any part thereof). 

                10. Intellectual Property

                  • All content on our webshop, including images, texts, logos, and graphic materials, is the property of ours and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. 
                  • It is not allowed to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any material from our webshop without our express permission. 

                  11. Third Parties

                    • Certain products/services/content on our website may contain material from third parties. 
                    • It is not allowed to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any material from our webshop without our express permission. 

                    12. Privacy and Data Processing

                      • We collect, store, and process personal data of customers in accordance with our privacy policy. 
                      • Customers have the right to access, modify, or delete their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. 

                      13. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

                        • There may be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the information on our webshop regarding our products, prices, promotions, descriptions, shipping costs and delivery time, offers, availability, and procedures (e.g., About Us,...). Therefore, we reserve the right to correct and change these errors, inaccuracies, or omissions or to update or cancel orders if the information you read is not in accordance with the reality/the product we could deliver to you. 
                        • Customers have the right to access, modify, or delete their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. 

                        14. Liability and Dispute Resolution

                        • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the webshop. 
                        • We are not liable for personal, property, or other damages related to the purchase or use of our products or other transactions made in connection with third-party websites. 
                        • In case of complaints, claims, concerns, or questions relating to third-party products, they should be directed to the respective third party. 
                        • In the event of a dispute, we will attempt to resolve it amicably. If this is not possible, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
